Tamarin Desert
Tamarin Desert creates 60s-oriented psych-pop/rock in the style of Tame Impala and Pond, combined with gritty fuzz riffs and grooves reminiscent of bands like Led Zeppelin and the jangly guitars of King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard. So, it's psychedelia with some edge!
The session that was recorded at the Moon Music Studio and released under 27Tapes, was their way of releasing the first single "Holding On" of their debut album. Before this they already had one EP, which brought them to many stages like Paradiso and Eurosonic Noorderslag. They also played more than 20 shows during Popronde, which helped them a lot with their breakthrough.
